8.1 Reasons for closure by ace64

• Security threats or suspicion of money laundering
• Extended period of inactivity (as per the defined timeframe)

8.2 Account closure by the user

12.2 Effect of current terms

These terms and conditions are effective from the date displayed on the ace64 platform. All previous terms and conditions have been replaced by this version.

12.3 Severability

If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. ace64 will attempt to replace the invalid clause with the nearest valid equivalent.

12.4 Entire agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between ace64 and the user, and supersede all previous oral or written discussions.
